At RENTOPC, we want you to be fully satisfied with your rental or purchase, which is why we offer a flexible 30-day return window for products in original condition. Whether you are returning equipment at the end of a lease or requesting an exchange for a different model, our streamlined process ensures a quick resolution.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Log into your RENTOPC account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
- 2.Print Return Label
Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form to include in your package.
- 3.Pack and Ship
Securely pack the hardware in its original packaging, ensuring all cables and accessories are included, then drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Our technical team will inspect the returned equipment within 3-5 business days of receipt, after which your refund or exchange will be processed immediately.
